## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only combined/solicitation; proposals and a written combined/solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number 70Z02325R91240001 is used as an Request for Proposal (RFP). Submit written offerors only, according to supplied instructions, oral offer will not be accepted.
