The performance requirements include ensuring the CCTV system at USCG Sector Delaware Bay are always fully operational, with monthly maintenance, software updates and timely repairs, measured by system uptime and response times. The CCTV system is critical to security operations, requiring high-quality standards. Therefore, the service must adhere to industry’s best practices and technical specifications.
