The reason this requirement was not competed is because the incumbent contract expired on 26 Mar 2025, and could not be extended. The USCG attempted to perform a competed action under solicitation number 70Z02324R77100001, however, there was a significant change in the scope during the solicitation and had to be canceled. The USCG has continued need of this requirement and contract. It was not possible to award a new contract in a timely fashion.
