## Description

The scope of this requirement is the procurement of surface-based Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) for all U.S. Coast Guard mission sets in international and U.S. coastal waters. Successful accomplishment requires a surface-based solution supporting continuous (24 hours/day, 7 days/week) surveillance and detection over a named surveillance area covering 400 sq nm for of a General Surveillance Zone (GSZ).
