## Description

**Purpose:** The Coast Guard employs a bi-level aviation maintenance structure consisting of depot level maintenance and operational level maintenance. At the operational level, Coast Guard Aviation Technicians perform as-needed repairs to aircraft paint for reasons such as corrosion inspections and airframe damage repairs. The Coast Guard is issuing this request for information (RFI) for market research purposes to identify potential contractors who can provide in-person hands on training to the SAE AS7489 standard for Course I Certification; and proctor a test upon completion of training for the SAE AS7489 ACAS Course I Certification.
