## Description

The place of performance will be the awarded vendor's facility, United States. Off-site customized dental appliances and services to support Coast Guard Dental Clinics patients throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. See Enclosure 1 for a list of appliances. The awarded offeror will use these appliances to fabricate various dental appliances for USCG uniformed personnel based on the prescription provided by the Dental Officer. See Enclosure 2 for the draft Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation and proposals will be written.
