The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is hereby issuing a Solicitation for Maritime Unmanned Aircraft System (MUAS) services. The services sought are for Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR). Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for the guaranteed minimum for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. This Solicitation contains all current requirements for MUAS services. Offerors must review all Solicitation attachments and not rely on previous SAM.gov postings when preparing and submitting proposals. The acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures.
