## Description

This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is a notice of the Government's intent to issue a sole source contract modification under the existing IDIQ (70Z02321DAMH00400) for MH 60T Replacement Hulls to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) for the procurement of an additional forty-seven (47) MH 60T Replacement Hulls that are consistent with those tested and developed on the MH-60 MRR aircraft. The USCG announces its intent to award a contract modification to increase scope on a sole source basis with SAC under the authority of 10 U.S.C.

**2304(c)(l):** Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the H-60 aircraft, SAC owns all design specifications, technical references, and engineering data, along with the rights to these items.

SAC is the only contractor that can manufacture the MH-60 in the “T” configuration to meet the USCG requirements and is the only source that possesses the proprietary data rights and methods to ensure the latest design configuration, manufacturing, and quality control required to produce MH 60T Replacement Hulls to the latest requirements and specifications for the USCG in the most cost-effective manner.

Respondents are advised that the USCG will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
