## Description

The United States Secret Service Office of Human Resources and Office of Training are establishing a Leadership Development Academy to enhance leadership capabilities within the federal workforce. The Academy targets GS-13 employees, as well as select GS-11 and GS-12 personnel, including Special Agents, Uniform Division personnel, and Administrative, Professional, and Technical Law Enforcement staff.
