At minimum, responses shall include: A detailed description and picture(s) of the proposed item. A detailed description shall include the specs of the proposed item. “Stock” and “Catalog” images are not acceptable, unless being purchased after award. If purchased after award, the response shall state the estimated number of weeks for delivery. If purchased after award and the delivery date extends past the start of the Period of Performance, the response shall include what the replacement will be until the first responder mini ambulance is delivered. The only substitute acceptable while waiting for delivery of First Responder is an extra-long flatbed utility car with a minimum of 68.5-inch cargo bed. Attachment 1- Price Sheet A detailed service plan for first responder mini ambulance located at Location 1 Must detail what is covered in the service plan such as replacements and repairs.
