## Description

UPDATED 9/10/2025 - Added vendor questions and government response sheet. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0925Q70092531 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Get Home Alive Kits.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 effective August 7, 2025.
