## Description

UPDATED 08/13/2025 - Extended solicitation to August 18, 2025 at 12:00PM EST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0925Q70092471 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Cohesity Data Platform.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 effective June 11, 2025.
