**AMENDEMENT 5/9/25:** The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional details on the items in each kit and also provide quantities of each kit. This amendment is also to update the questions/clarifications due date and to extend the proposal due date. Please see the attached spreadsheets and documents attached for additional details.

**AMENDMENT 5/7/25:** The purpose of this amendment is to update the clarifications/questions due date, include additional information on the Bill of Materials v2 attachment and to extend the proposal due date. See attached documents below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
