## Description

**AMENDED 4/30/25:** The purpose of this amendment is to attach the answers to vendor asked questions/provide clarification, upload the Attachment 1 "Price Sheet" and update the Statement of Work on the RFQ document . This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0925Q70092294 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Portable Restroom Rentals.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, 03 January 2025. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991 (Septic Tank and Related Services).
