## Description

The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the National Cyber Forensics and Training Alliance, 2000 Technology Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 for analytical services. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.

Only written e-mailed (michael.velez@usss.dhs.gov and sonja.ablola@usss.dhs.gov) inquiries will be responded to and must be received no later than 3:00 pm, Eastern Time, February 26, 2024. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
