## Description

The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the State of Illinois, Department of Innovation and Technology, 120 West Jefferson Street, Floor 003, Springfield, IL 62702 for access to the Law Enforcement Agencies Database Systems (LEADS). This notice is neither a request for quotations nor a solicitation of offers. Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1).

Only written e-mailed (michael.velez@usss.dhs.gov and sonja.ablola@usss.dhs.gov) inquiries will be responded to and must be received no later than 5:00 pm, Eastern Time, February 27, 2024. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
