Cabin speaker on the 767 cockpit is inoperable and needs to be fixed or replaced. The chaotic lighting in Platform 4 is not functioning and needs to be fixed or replaced. The fan in the ECQ cockpit simulator (223986) is not working and needs to be fixed or replaced. One of the smoke generators in Platform 4 can only be utilized manually at the unit not from the control board. The smoke generator needs to be fixed to work from the control board. There is also some trim coming loose from Platform 4 and exposing sharp corners.
