## Description

**Amendment 3:** The purpose of this Amendment 3 to RFP 70T04025R7573N001 is to update the RFP . See page 19 - change highlighted in red. Please see Attachment titled "70T04025R7573N001BRTRFPFINALV2A3" The proposal shall be submitted via e-mail to Siobhan.Mullen@tsa.dhs.gov and Joseph.Furtek@tsa.dhs.gov no later than 3:00PM, EDT on September 12, 2025.

**Amendment 2:** The purpose of this Amendment 2 to RFP 70T04025R7573N001 is to provide the response to the question submitted. Please see Attachment titled "Responses to QUESTIONS FOR RFQ 70T04025R7573N001" The proposal shall be submitted via e-mail to Siobhan.Mullen@tsa.dhs.gov and Joseph.Furtek@tsa.dhs.gov no later than 3:00PM, EDT on September 12, 2025.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) for the procurement of Bulk Resolution Technology (BRT) systems to enhance security screening capabilities at airports nationwide. This procurement will be conducted as an open-market competitive acquisition under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This procurement will be under NAICS 334511 – Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing.
