Questions: All questions related to this BAA, including both content and submission process questions, are due by 1:00 pm, October 1, 2025, and should be directed to the Operations Improvement Branch Inbox at OI@tsa.dhs.gov. Vendors should expect a response no later than 48 hours after the question has been submitted. See Attachment A for additional instructions. Submissions: All white paper submissions are due October 5, 2025.
