## Description

**Amendment 04:** The purpose of this Amendment 04 is to provide answers to questions posed by potential responders to the BAA. Please see the following attachment for further details: "Amendment 04_Attachment 01_Questions and Answers".

**Amendment 03:** The purpose of this Amendment 03 is to extend the Track 01, submission due date for FY 2024 submissions to January 31, 2024 at 2:00pm Eastern Time, incorporate an FY 2025 submission due date and amend Attachment A. Please see the following attachments for further details: Amendment 03_70T04023BAA7573N001 Amendment 03_Attachment 01_Attachment A_BAA 70T04023BAA7573N001 Amendment 03_Attachment 02_Attachment 04_OPS Scan Annotation Protocol_v4.1.

**Amendment 02:** The purpose of this Amendment 02 to BAA 70T04023BAA7573N001 is extend the due date for Track 02 submissions only to July 28, 2023 at 2:00pm Eastern Time. For those Offerors who have already provided concept papers in response to Track 02 requirements, you may update or re-submit for Track 02 by the new due date if you choose.

**Amendment 01:** The purpose of this Amendment 01 is to provide the Questions and Answers (Q&A) and amended documents as a result of the Q&A. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Requirements and Capabilities Analysis (RCA), is requesting concept paper submissions under Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) 70T04023BAA7573N001 (Attachment A) for potential On-Person Screening (OPS) advancements and improvements.

The TSA is specifically interested in development that will provide for near term improvement of current security operations and capabilities, as aligned with RCA’s OPS Roadmap, by addressing several Technical Topic Areas (TTAs) as shown below and further defined in Attachment A: Walk-Through Metallic and Non-Metallic Screening Systems Detection Algorithms that Support In-Motion Screening Synthetic Data Generation and/or Automated Data Annotation Tools OPS Open Architecture Integration Wideband Technology that Enhances Currently Fielded Advanced Imaging Technology (AIT)

**Questions:** TSA will accept questions from offerors until July 10, 2023 at 12:00pm Eastern Daylight Time.

**Submissions:** TSA will accept concept paper submissions from offerors until July 24, 2023 at 2:00pm Eastern Daylight Time. All questions and submissions must be submitted in accordance with Section C of the BAA document.
