## Description

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Canine Training Center (CTC) seeks to establish a contractual relationship with a partner to provide classes which are versed in canine performance related to screening of people and operational use of canines.

The potential vendor must be considered a subject matter expert (SME) in explosives detection canines (EDC) and person-borne improvised explosive device (PBIED) detection canine training and conduct routine lecture-based and field-based in EDC and PBIED canine training. There will be four-day long classes that shall occur four times per calendar year.

The objective of the Advanced Passenger Screening Canine (APSC) course is to increase handler awareness and Passenger Screening Canine (PSC) team capabilities, particularly for atypical deployments including large/high value target events.

All requests for solicitation clarifications, or other questions related to the solicitation shall be submitted via email to Crystal.Johnson2@tsa.dhs.gov and Jakya.Brooks@tsa.dhs.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST on May 23, 2024. The subject of the e-mail must be titled "Request for Clarifications". For any questions or requests for clarifications received after this date and time, the Government reserves the right not to respond.

All answers to questions or requests for clarifications will be provided as soon as possible. Clarifications may require a formal Amendment to this solicitation.

If the Government issues an Amendment to the solicitation, Offerors must acknowledge the Amendment(s), to be considered responsive to the RFP Proposals shall be electronically submitted via email to both Point of Contacts listed in Table 1, no later than 12:00 PM EST on June 6, 2024. Proposals shall be clearly marked with the solicitation number, "70T02024Q7670N003" and include a Cover Letter.
