## Description

The Office of Human Capital and Training (HCT) within USCIS provides oversight, direction, and operational support for an integrated program of employee benefits and retirement matters for USCIS employees. In order to provide this service, HCT is seeking a Federal retirement and benefits web-based integrated system that will combine managing all HR functions into one program.
