## Description

The Contractor is to obtain licenses to the subscriptions listed in the attachment and provide access for 10 USCIS personnel (individual emails for subscription accesses will be provided post-award). Access information must be provided to all personnel within 7 days of subscription activation and distribution by the subscription owner. See attachments for all details.

Amendment 001 (dated 7/24/2024): Add CLIN 1001 and update the associated periods of performance; Update “Schedule-2024 Subscriptions.xlsx” information and rename it “Subscriptions Schedule”; and Incorporate questions and answers into the solicitation.

Amendment 002 (dated 7/29/2024): Extend the submission deadline for quote submission to 8/5/2024; Update “Subscriptions Schedule”- JSTOR Subscriptions Amendment 003 (dated 7/31/2024): Update “Subscriptions Schedule”- JSTOR Subscriptions-see asterisked (*) note. Add 52.204-23 and 52.204-25 with deviations.
