## Description

This firm-fixed-price (FFP), single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) was competed as a total small business set-aside on ebuy.gsa.gov in support of the Deparment of Homeland Security (DHS) CCSP Support Services. Quotations were recieved in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ) 70RWMD24QP000007. The RFQ was posted on ebuy.gsa.gov on August 8, 2024.

Amendment 001 to the RFQ was posted August 15, 2024.

Amendment 002 was posted August 16, 2024.

Amendment 003 was posted August 19, 2024. The BPA was awarded on September 23, 2024 for the total value of $89,219,820.00. The purpose of the subject award is to create and administer DHS's CCSP. The childcare subsidy can reduce the amount of costs parents pay for childcare by providing subsidies directly to the childcare provider.

Eligible DHS families may seek subsidy assistance, submit applications, and track status through the Contractor’s existing secure information technology enterprise architecture, including their website and intake platform. The Contractor shall meet DHS’s cybersecurity and information technology security requirements.

Specifically, the Contractor shall process new and recertification CCSP applications from employees based on DHS determined eligibility guidelines; submit CCSP payments directly to childcare providers; and assist with issues pertaining to the administration of the CCSP.
