The Contracting Officer determined that the requirements as identified in the Statement of Work for S&T PR RSPC-24-00082 and the subsequent sole source task order issued under BOA 70RSAT21G00000010 are within the scope of the approved J&A signed by the HCA on August 13, 2021.
