This extension allows for the necessary time to award and transition the follow-on effort for these services. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with MaxSent under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A Request For Proposals (RFP) will not be made available. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition will be posted to Sam.gov following the award.
