UPDATE 3/10/2024 The TIES Q & As were posted on Friday March 8, 2024. Please disregard the submission due date stated in the OTFPP_TIES_Program_Solicitation_Am_0001.pdf at Sections 3.1 & 4.1. The Phase 1 Solution Brief due date is extended until Monday, March 18, 2024, at 2:00 pm ET. UPDATE 03/08/2024 Thank you for your continued interest in the TIES OT. The Government has finalized the responses to the questions received, and they are posted. Five (5) Revised documents based on the Questions are also attached. The attached documents are as follows:

CISA TIES Responses to Questions Program Solicitation - 70RCSJ24R00000010_OTFPP TIES Attachment A -TIES Technical Requirements Document (TRD) Attachment B - CTI Driven Incident Response and Persistent Threat Hunting Use Cases Attachment C - Draft TIES Statement of Work The submission due date of the Phase 1 Solution Brief is hereby extended until Monday, March 18, 2024, at 2:00 pm ET.

If you submitted a Phase 1 Solution Brief on March 4, 2024, feel free to send a revised one based on the Q & As attached on March 18th, 2024, by 2:00 pm. The Government is finalizing its responses to the questions received, and we expect to post them on or about March 11, 2024. The submission due date is hereby extended until Monday, March 18, 2024, at 2:00 pm ET. UPDATE 02/29/2024 Thank you for your continued interest in the TIES OT.

The Government received a large number of Q&As and we are actively working to answer them, but we were not able to make the February 28, 2024 date provided in the OT announcement posted on February 14, 2024. The Government is finalizing the Q & A and we expect to post them on or about March 5, 2024. Once the Q&A responses are posted, the government will update the revised quotation submission date.

This Other Transaction for Prototype Project (OTFPP) program solicitation is being released to develop and establish a THREAT INTELLIGENCE ENTERPRISE SERVICES (TIES) CYBERSECURITY THREAT INTELLIGENCE (CTI) PLATFORM CTI platform Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Please review the full announcement, to include the four (4) attachments named below, for a clear and concise description of government's needs.

70RCSJ24R00000010_OTFPP TIES Program Solicitation Attachment A - TIES Technical Requirements Document (TRD) Attachment B - CTI Driven Incident Response and Persistent Threat Hunting Use Cases Attachment C - Draft TIES Statement of Work Questions relating to this solicitation are due no later than 9:00 am on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. The government anticipates responding to questions within 7 business days.

Written solution briefs ONLY as described in section 3.3 of this solicitation must be submitted electronically by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday, March 4, 2024. All correspondence shall be submitted to the following e-mail box: TIES_CTIPlatform_OT@cisa.dhs.gov.
