## Description

DHS CISA has a requirement to obtain renewal of 4,649 Slack Enterprise Grid License Subscriptions for a 12-month base period, plus options for increased quantity. The current Slack License subscriptions enable continued secure collaboration with all CISA stakeholders at the state, local, tribal, and territorial government levels as well as with the private sector and researchers.

This collaboration must be dynamic and scalable to allow for small to large group communications among a single group or combination of these mission partners. Other technology solutions already deployed at CISA and DHS do not allow for seamless, secure collaboration with all mission partners and stakeholders, to include multiple communication methods in a single solution that can be leveraged by all parties that is also dynamic and scalable.

The Slack Enterprise Grid License Subscriptions allow CISA to securely interact with all parties in the various formats available in real-time in support of its mission. Product must be cloud-based to be consistent with the DHS CISA network migration, and FedRamp authorized.
