Existing Asphalt Shingle Roofs have exceeded their useful life, this scope is to remove existing and replace all the Asphalt Shingle roof areas with Standing-seam Metal Roofs. Replacing all the gutters and downspouts as well as repair splash block areas. Provide flashing at the gutter to roof connections with standard flashing and a reinforced acrylic elastomeric roof coating. Varying Proportions of the roof sub-base wood and metal need to be replaced and repaired. These repairs shall be part of the roofing project.
