## Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, Glynco GA has a requirement to rent/lease gas cylinder, due to this being the industrial standard. By renting/leasing the cylinder the rental company is responsible for certification and test of tanks which they own. This should be Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) type of procurement. The Facilities Management Department (FMD) uses this cylinder for performing our maintenance requirements throughout the center.

We are looking to rent cylinder for the following types of gas: Acetylene, Argon, Argon shield, Carbon Dioxide, and Oxygen. These tanks are used by our welding shop and air conditioning mechanics in the course of their repairs. This service agreement is for the rental/lease of the cylinder.
