## Description

The Driver Marine Division at FLETC Glynco acquired four Horizon Signal SQ2 portable traffic signal carts from the FLETC TDP. This acquisition was due in part to insufficient resources (traffic control signals) on our existing emergency response ranges. Assumed these traffic carts would operate autonomously, however, quickly realized they would only operate manually, meaning there would have to be an instructor assigned to operate the carts. The carts requires to be upgraded to operate autonomously or remotely and have the capability of being programmed to input the timing and sequencing of the lights.
