THIS IS A MARKET SURVEY/SOURCES SOUGHT. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ANY CONTRACT AWARD. RESPONSES TO THIS MARKET SURVEY SHALL BE FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. Through an intense assessment, the contractor will assess FLETC’s current staffing model and organizational structure from bottom to top in order to position FLETC as the Nation’s cutting-edge training provider for law enforcement professionals. The contractor will collect and analyze current organizational and staffing data and conduct targeted interviews that will yield recommendations for the future organizational and staffing structure of FLETC.
