The solicitation is set aside 100% for small business (SB).  This is a firm fixed price.  Lowest priced technically acceptable.

Vendors shall provide with proposal the SAM UEI number the company is registered under in System for Award Management database and must be considered active within the system.

Questions are to be submitted NLT Noon Mountain Time (MT) September 15, 202627, 2026. All questions must be submitted in writing.  Due date is Thursday, September 17, 2026. Noon Mountain Time (MT).
