This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number 70FBR927Q00000001 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) to procure the services to remove, transport, and dispose of unusable pressure-treated lumber. This acquisition is a Disaster local area small business set aside in accordance with 52.226-3. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The Service Contract Labor Standards statute, formerly known as the Service Contract Act, is applicable to this procurement. The following wage determination shall apply to the resulting purchase order: Wage Determination No. 2015-5693, Revision 27. FEMA requests offerors' most competitive pricing for the services outlined in this solicitation.
