\n\nAward will be made to the responsible offeror submitting a quotation which represents the best value to the Government, in accordance with the evaluation factors stated in this solicitation under Section M.
\n\nThe Service Contract Labor Standards statute, formerly known as the Service Contract Act, is applicable to this procurement. The following wage determination shall apply to the resulting purchase order: Wage Determination No. 2015-5693, Revision 27.
