The Service Contract Act of 1965, as amended (41 U.S.C. 351) is applicable to this procurement and the following wage determination shall be applicable to the resulting purchase order: Wage Determination No.: 2015-5613 (Rev.-28). The base contract period of performance is 30 days from the date of award, and (2) 30-day option periods. A labor hour contract award may be made to the responsible offeror submitting an overall proposal that is determined best value to the Government’s needs, price and other factors considered, using the procedures prescribed in the technical evaluation factors. This solicitation requires an active registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
