FEMA requests that you submit a quote in response to this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is 70FBR925Q00000014, which must be referenced on all quotation documentation submitted in response to this solicitation. The RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Part 15. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective January 3, 2025. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. A Firm Fixed Price contract award may be made to the responsible offeror submitting an overall proposal that is determined best value to the Government’s needs, price and other factors considered, using the procedures prescribed in the technical evaluation factors.
