The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Logistic Management Directorate’s Distribution Management Strategic Working Group (DMSWG), requires a catalog of potential vendors with innovative solutions to support future catastrophic logistic support concerns in the areas of Food, Hydration for people, Energy (Power) and Health & Medical – enhanced first aid supplies.
