The purpose of this Request for Quote is to seek quotes from authorized resellers and distributors for the supply of Dell equipment. Offerors must identify the exact brand name, model, and specifications of the items they are proposing, and be an authorized reseller or distributor of the specified brand (which is Dell). All quotes must match the specified Dell part number and configurations exactly, without specifications or deviations. The Government reserves the right to verify authorization directly with the OEM. Offerors must provide a letter or certificate of authorization upon request. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside. This procurement will be evaluated under a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government's range of affordability does not exceed $306,000.00 for this request.
