This solicitation is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. This procurement will be evaluated under a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310, with a small business size standard of $12.5 million in annual revenue. All questions shall be submitted to Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson via email at Destiny.Dyson@fema.dhs.gov no later than 12:00 PM CST on July 7, 2025.
