Other FEMA facilities could be open in other areas of the declared state which would require Level II Armed Protective Security Officers in facilities located in any or all counties throughout North Carolina. The Contractor may only utilize Department of Labor (DOL) category 27102 Guard II security personnel to perform services under this contract.
