## Description

In accordance with E.O. 14222 Section 2(d) - Request for Proposal (RFP) - Level II Armed Guard Security Service - declaration for State of Kentucky. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Class Deviation (Number 25-01) - Executive Orders 14173 - the following FAR Clauses are no longer applicable: 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity System updates may lag policy updates.

The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations.
