## Description

The Questions Due May 27 , 2025 @ 4:00pm ET. Answers to questions will be posted before July 1 2025 Quote Submission time frame has changed to July 1, 2025 @ 4:00pm ET. This is Solicitation_ 70FBR425Q00000080 is to Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Barricade System under this requirement. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends on issuing a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Specification.

**Bidding Requirement:**

**Amendement:** All interested vendors must conduct a site visit and have all questions answered. The site visit is scheduled for May 20, 2025 at 10:00 am. Vendors must respond by May 16, 2025 to participate. The site visit was held on May 20, 2025 at 10:00am.

**Contracting Method - Best Value:** The Government intends to select for an award the one (1) responsible quote which conforms to the Bidding Requirements for the RFQ, SOW, and Specs . A price that is fair and reasonable, and provides the best value for the Government, Technically Acceptable quote meeting the specifications of the requirement. Quotes determined to be incomplete, unreasonable, or unrealistic will not be considered for an award.
