**Explain:** The State of Rhode Island Commision for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing have a requirement in which all interpreting services must be coordinated with the State prior to services being provided.

The State of Rhode Island provided FEMA a list of two (2) vendors who are approved ASL and CART service providers, in which Partners Interpreting was the only licensed and approved vendor who could meet the technical requirements of the statement of work (SOW), and had an active and up to date SAM.gov registration at the time of award. 3.The anticipated price will be determined fair and reasonable based on one or more of the priceanalysis techniques described below in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-3(a)(2).
