## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for Emergency Medical Evacuation Insurance and Services to provide insurance and evacuation services to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region IX personnel or individuals doing work on behalf of FEMA in US Territories in the Pacific.
