## Description

This notice is being amended to notify interested vendors that a DRAFT solicitation and related documentation has been posted to the SAM.gov posting noted in the description below (70FB8022I0FEMAHIS). Please see the referenced listing for details regarding these draft documents. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ARE DRAFT DOCUMENTS ONLY AND FEMA IS NOT REQUESTING OR ACCEPTING PROPOSALS AT THIS TIME. PROPOSALS SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE OR TO THE DRAFT SOLICITATION PROVIDED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, REVIEWED, OR CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS IAW FAR 5.2. THERE ARE NO PROPOSALS BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME, AND PROPOSALS SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, REVIEWED, OR CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to solicit an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for the primary purpose of conducting damage assessments in response to presidentially declared disasters throughout the United States and its territories (CONUS & OCONUS). The Government may award one or more contracts as a result of the upcoming solicitation.

The anticipated solicitation number for this requirement is 70FB8024R00000028, and it will be posted to the GPE at https://www.sam.gov. The anticipated ceiling amount of the IDIQ contract will be $918,000,000.00. The minimum order quantity will be $5,000.00. The anticipated award date of any resultant IDIQ contract is December 31, 2024. It is anticipated this acquistion will be conducted as a full and open competition with no exclusions.
