## Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide Community Rating System services. FEMA’s National Flood Insurance Program’s (NFIP) Community Rating System (CRS) is administered by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The Contractor shall conduct the CRS Community Activities Verification Process and provide Internal Stakeholder Training. This includes verification of community activities to reduce flood damage and recommend CRS classification.

The Contractor shall provide a CRS Continuous Improvement Process and recommend improvements to the program for implementation during the performance period of the contract. The Contractor shall provide training to CRS stakeholders, including local and state government officials, Federal agency officials, non-governmental organizations, and others in CRS activities, operations, and procedures.
