## Description

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to award a purchase order to Whatey Products, Inc. for the purchase of a trailer mounted chiller system on 5th wheel gooseneck Texas Trailer. Market research has indicated that Whaley Products is the only contractor that can meet the government's needs. A copy of the SOW and justification for a sole source is included in this posting.
