## Description

This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 811111, with annual receipts of $9 million. This Solicitation is for Fleet Repair and Recovery Services for the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Disaster Emergency Communications Division (DECD). The primary place of performance is any location CONUS or U.S. Territories where FEMA supports disasters. The support requires 24/7 nation-wide roadside assistance, towing services, tire replacement, and major repairs.

All questions shall be submitted no later than August 14, 2024, 12:00 p.m. EST. Answers to all relevant and appropriate questions will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation. In the event multiple questions address the same issue the Government reserves the right to answer a representative question that best exemplifies the issue.

Closing date for receipt of proposals is August 28, 2024, 12:00 p.m. Local Time EST Proposals shall be submitted electronically to daniel.larussa@fema.dhs.gov referencing the RFP # and “Submittal of Proposal” in the subject line of the e-mail. Attachments A-F are included in the Solicitation document.
