The NAICS Code for this procurement is 811111, with annual receipts of $9 million. This requirement is to acquire Fleet Repair and Recovery Services for FEMA. The support requires 24/7 nation-wide roadside assistance, towing services, tire replacement, and major repairs. The period of performance is for 5 years. The contract will have a base year with four (4) option years. Due to the nature of the work, FEMA will award an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract allowing for hybrid Firm Fixed Price and Time and Materials type Task Orders. FEMA anticipates a single-award contractor for this requirement. This is not a Solicitation; this is a Pre-solicitation notice to allow contractors to anticipate release of this solicitation. The solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about August 5th, 2024. The solicitation will be available to download via this website. Potential offerors are encouraged to check this site frequently for updates. The solicitation period will not be a full 30 days thus this pre-solicitation notice is to help interested contractors to prepare accordingly.
